You can browse the site ( or search in Google or download our apps from play store. Then you sign-up by providing your specific and required information to be a regular member of this platform. Even you may sign-up as a guest customer, but we prefer regular membership.  


How can I place an order in "Amar Hutt"? 

Visit Amar Hutt website or log in the apps and use our search engine to find your desired products. Then add the selected products to your cart and complete the rest ease processes.   


Do I have any scope of home delivery of the products? 

Yes, you are most welcome. In that case, you must sign up in our website or log in the apps as a customer, not guest.  


Is it possible to order from outside of Dhaka Metropolitan? 

So sorry that right this moment no delivery outside Dhaka but soon we will reach to everyone across the country, insha’Allah. 


What is the last time of placing order? 

Placing an order is possible round the clock (24/7).


What will be the delivery Process? 

We will deliver the products at your doorstep within shortest possible time at any area of “Dhaka City”. If Groceries & Food type (perishable) products order is placed, then we will deliver the products within 24 hours. For all other products we will take 3-7 working days to delivery.

You please clearly mention the specific address with active contact number during sign-up in our website or apps. 


How much do deliveries cost?  

Delivery is free of charge for Dhaka City if order value is BDT 500 or above. If the order value is less than BDT 500, we charge BDT 49 as delivery fee. 



How do I pay the bill? 

You can pay either in cash or digital payment like as card, MFS (bKash, Rocket etc.), internet banking etc.  



I can’t find the product I am looking for. What do I do?  

You will find a wish list option to place your requirements in case of unavailable or out of stock products. Once the products are available, we will let you know through Email, SMS or voice call. You can also call us at +88 01750-990187 and or write to to add an item to our inventory.  


My order is wrong. What do I do?  

Please immediately call us at +88 01750-990187 and let us know your problem. Your quick solution is our most preference. 


Can I avail any kind of discount? 

Yes, please keep your eyes always on our site to avail the available offers. 


How do I know my online order has been confirmed? 

An auto-generated e-invoice will be sent to your Email and or let you know the total bill through SMS/voice call once your order is confirmed but upon received your payment, we will proceed the home delivery. 


What will happen if any product found rotten/ outdated/ broken/ less quality during or after delivery? 

We don’t compromise the product quality and standard at any cost. If the seal/packet is torn/broken then the product can't be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect. If there is any problem please call us while delivery man is there. After the delivery man leaves no complaints, no product change or return will be accepted.

Unfortunately, if product found rotten/outdated/ broken/ less quality then no doubt, we will replace it without fail and any delay. No delivery charge you need to pay for this.
